Inactivity can create cellulite, acne, rashes, loss of muscle tone etc. Most of us sit on our asses every day for 8 hours, and we move just to go to the bathroom or to eat.  It's best to try a walk from time to time, run in the evening, exercise, go to the gym, walk the dog more often. For  a Natural Skincare, women should definitelly avoid lots of sugar.  Sugar is considered to age people lot more earlier, than normal time. Sugar exists in everything, and if you are crazy for sweets, then it should be very hard to quit them. Our solution, is to take things slowly. Today, drink your coffee  with one spoon of sugar rather than two, tomorrow, try to eat one candy bar instead of two, and in a short time you will be surprised to see how far you have come.

For example virgin coconut oil makes the skin a lot softer. Coconut oil is very good for hair also. Cereals, oatmeals are perfect for face scrub, drying out any face problem, such as redness or itchyness.
