Mae Company Natural Skincare
As I was skimming through the Mae company natural skincare line, seeing their top of the line products, which I highly recommend, I came up with an idea to write about skincare in general from an allergy point of view. First, I would not do that for 99 percent of the issues I mention here, the Mae company natural skincare line is good, namely you can use their products with full confidence and high expectations, because you will not be disappointed. So, in the words of Marvin Gaye, let’s get it on.

Allergy is an immune system disorder that occurs when the body is hypersensitive to an environmental trigger, called allergen, and reacts to it. Typical allergens are animal hair, pollen, chemicals and certain foods. The most effective way to avoid allergies is to identify an agent that triggers and avoid it. Easy to say, but it can be difficult to isolate yourself and remove an allergen, so sometimes you simply need to improve the quality of your skin, to protect against allergies.

1. Avoiding stress - Stress and worries can dry your skin and make allergies more aggressive. You must learn to relax more often!
2. Sleep - The sleeping time needs to be just for that, sleeping. It's true that we have only one life and it must be lived as much as possible, but no need to allow lack of sleep to affect your physical and mental health, since it essential for the normal functioning of the immune system. During sleep, the body and the skin regenerate.

3. Too frequent washing of the skin - Cleaning the skin too often can remove natural oils released from the skin and reduce the ability of the skin to heal itself. Lotions with harsh cleaning chemicals are also allergens themselves, and they may cause the excessive secretion of sebum by the skin as a protective shield. Pores can clog and become infected, resulting in blackheads. Washing should always be done with warm water instead of hot water, and clothing worn directly on the skin needs to be of natural fibers such as cotton.

4. Cosmetics used - A switch to regular organic cosmetics is a good method to get an anti-allergy instrument for your entire life. Try to avoid the chemicals in cosmetic products by carefully reading the labels of the products you have purchased, from creams to shampoos. You can not guide your shopping of cosmetics in accordance with the fragrance they contain, furthermore you need to avoid added fragrances, but do not be fooled by cosmetics that are fragrance free but full of other hazardous ingredients.

If you really do not have access to organic cosmetics, you can use thermal water and a makeup remover recommended by a skincare specialist, since these might be the only two conventional products that are virtually harmless.

For any products that you are buying, try to avoid the following: added fragrance, Propylene glycol (PG), Polyethylene glycol (PEG), Mineral oil (paraffinum), Formaldehyde (imidazolidinyl urea), Phthalates (DEP, DEHP), Methyl-, propyl-, butyl-, ethyl-Paraben, Sodium Lauryl / laureth sulfate (SLS). Even if you choose organic cosmetics, which do not contain these chemicals, if you know you are allergic to a particular component, be it natural, this component should be avoided.
