Japanese people have all kinds of remedies, oriental remedies for diseases, illnesses and skincare and body care. Japanese culture is much different than any culture we know. Japanese remedies are natural and very complicated. They use herbs and lots of substances to make a treatment. Their unique remedies are known across the globe and everyone who wants to try them, should first get informed about their methods. Japanese culture and beliefs are related to gods , they praise to statuettes and they believe in the power from above. All their life , they are watched over by the gods and they find cures in the nature. The Japanese Skincare methods are highly effective , giving great result in a short time. They as well as all the Oriental cultures have a more advanced science in what regards medicine and skincare.

Here some of the most known and used  Japanese methods to improve skincare. They base their entire treatments on preventing the awful effects of aging and not curing them after they have settled down. The first method is  the Okinawan diet. This diet , besides the fact that it makes the skin lot more shinier and soft, it also helps reducing the risks of cancer and any other heart disease. The  Okinawan diet, includes eating vegetables and seafood everyday. Japanese people are very attentive with their organism, so while we know that green peppers, bean, sweet potatoes etc are rich in antioxidant vitamins such as C. E, A they know that foods that contain antioxidants slow down the process of aging. Common food, we eat every time processes free radicals that help at aging. Japanese people , take things from the beginning, taking care first of their organism. If you are healthy and if you know all kinds of treatments and what products are good for your body you can look good for a long time without putting any effort

Also the fish in this diet  has Omega 3 fatty acids, representing the " good" cholesterol the body needs. Omega 3 fatty acids have as property fighting  the aging process and help the wrinkles away for as long as they can. Fatty acids keep the skin moisturized preventing in this way  the appearance of face lines. The number one cause of wrinkles and face lines is the lack of moisture. Japanese Skincare diet consists of eating tofu , soy milk yogurt etc. Japanese people know the properties of a lot of products. If you learn about what each product contains, you can make yourself a skincare treatment, the things we have in our home, in the pantry for example are very good for skincare. For example coconut oil is good for moisturizing and for hair care, oatmeal is good for absorbing the sebum of a greasy skin, honey also is very good for a more soft skin.

The Japanese methods include knowledge about  cleansers and exfoliants for a perfect skin, it's best to always use cleansers for a more fresh and clean skin. Exfoliants based on natural products are more effective, and they are used mostly to eliminate dead skin. In the end, every culture has it's own ways of treating skin problems, but many say that Japanese and Chinese remedies are the best ones, so you should try them.
