Daphne Skincare
Your skin is the largest organ in the body that acts as a protector or shield against various diseases and environmental aggressions (temperature changes, sunlight, etc.). Although the skin is tough, there are actions that can weaken it and make it look bad. Below are several of these actions which harm the skin.

- Tighten the acne pimples and pimple - Although it is tempting to think that if you “take care” of them they will heal faster, the reality is different. This action is pushing the dirt back inside the skin which can lead to scarring. It is important to note that you can squeeze from time to time your skin, some black spot on your nose, but no pimples.

- Attend a tanning session - If you plan to get your skin a tanned tint, be it indoor, fast or slow, it can damage your skin. Like the sun, tanning equipment, beds and sun lamps emit ultraviolet rays that cause sunburn, premature aging and skin cancers, especially if you are the type of person who produces less amounts of melanin.

- Smoking - I am sure you have heard of the dangers of smoking (like lung cancer, heart disease, and emphysema), however, have you not noticed that the skin of older smokers tends to have a yellowish color? Along with sun exposure, the process of smoking is the highest factor in wrinkling. In other words, smoking ages the skin. This situation occurs because the nicotine found in cigarette smoke causes the small blood vessels and capillaries of the skin to constrict reducing the flow of oxygen into the skin which is needed to create and maintain the skin cells healthy.

- Consuming too much vitamin A - You may have heard that vitamin A helps to cure acne. However, excessive consumption of the vitamin in supplement forms can be hazardous to health because it accumulates in the liver. It is best to get vitamin A by eating foods like green leafy vegetables (like spinach and watercress) and orange (such as sweet potato, squash and carrots).

- Make sure you avoid as much as possible chemical skin peeling - The dismemberment and chemical peels of the skin, mainly in darker-skinned people, can cause the formation of stretch marks or uneven skin pigmentation.

- Applying topical steroids on the face - Buying topical ointment or creams that contain steroids may give the effect of a skin rash or itching. However, it should become a regular habit, as these can cause acne and make the skin becomes thinner because it loses collagen.

- Use of mysterious products - Although constantly on television advertising appears indicating that a product is miraculous, you should not buy them.
- Do not look in the mirror constantly - If you are in treatment for acne, you should know that it will not improve overnight but this is rather a process that takes time. If you have wrinkles, I recommend the Daphne skincare products. The Daphne skincare products are actually dermal fillers, which will improve in time the aspect of your skin, by filling deep wrinkles and fine lines.
